Visitor research

The addition of the Science Museum and Imperial War Museum brings the number of sites using MHM's rolling visitor research to 32. Clients are benefiting not only from ground-breaking questions on motivations, behaviour and outcomes, but from the benchmark and norm data from over 50,000 extended in-depth interviews.

Test Drive Australia

Following the success of MHM's Test Drive the Arts programme in New Zealand, we are working with Arts Queensland to bring Test Drive to Australia. Beginning with a series of planning workshops in Brisbane, the programme will bring thousands of new attenders to the arts across the whole state.

Museum development Thailand

Gerri Morris is flying out to Bangkok for an intensive three days of seminars to help Thai museums become more audience focused. Working with one of our clients, Rhiannon Johns from the British Museum, we hope to show how audience development theory can be put into practice. The programme is supported by the British Council.
