Deepening Visitor Engagement with the Collection
We have been working closely with Thinktank for a number of years and throughout this time our research has given them real insight into visitor behaviour and how the museum can facilitate engagement. This insight and understanding has come out of a wide range of qualitative and quantitative methodologies, these include Focus Groups, Accompanied Visits, Tracking Studies, Meaning Making Head Counts, Exit and Entrance Surveys and Vox Pop Interviews.
It has led to a fundamental review of the exhibition design and content.
