Marketing Strategy
We were commissioned to research and write an Audience Development and marketing strategy as part of a grant submission to Arts Council Wales (ACW).
We used published reports and venue data, coupled with our extensive knowledge base on the market for culture, craft and days out in the UK, to determine the potential market.
From the Desk Research we identified the target market segments, making recommendations for brand positioning and marketing tactics to reach these segments.
Ruthin Craft Centre put in a successful funding bid to ACW and were awarded £3.1m toward the £4.3m cost of transforming the Centre - the biggest lottery grant made by ACW in North Wales. Work is scheduled to start in autumn 2006.
