Brand Analysis and Market Assessments
Over recent years we have led the Chrysalis Radio group through strategic reviews of their radio brands (Heart, Galaxy, LBC, The Arrow). Working collaboratively with the senior management team, programmers, marketers and sales teams, we helped the organisation to achieve a greater audience focus in the way it programmes, communicates and interacts with its listeners.
Chrysalis Radio also commissions regular population surveys to gather the evidence they require as part of a new station licence bid. Each of these studies involve two stages of Telephone Interviewing, both of which incorporate audio clips of the proposed play list. As well as canvassing the views of potential listeners we often undertake Depth Interviews within the advertising industry.
